reconditioned ecm

I bought a GM reconditioned 87 ecm off of a board member. The ecm that I pulled out I noticed was also a GM reconditioned ecm. It had no stock serial or part # sticker on it just the blue sticker stating that it was a reconditioned unit from GM. The only identifying numbers/codes were 7-6459 and DC code 0703CD. What do these codes mean?

Chip socket - 87 ECM has more pins.
