Is the Red Stripe lock up a good, strong converter??

Honestly, I am sure there a lot of different opinions and someone will disagree. Is it strong, yes no problem there. But if you want to do any type of racing or have anything other then a bone stock car don't go with anything less then the Orange stripe/Crush converter. Stated as a 3000 stall, but can go just a tad more. Best bang for the buck converter out there in my mind. A car I work on has had one for three years now, works great.
