hows it going everyone, im pretty sure this has done before but can seem to find anything on it, is there a place to relocate the knock sensor, i have rhoades lifters and they tap like crazy before i hit like 2200 rpm i think there giving me false knock. so is there a way to relocate the sensor and if so where would be the best location im trying to get it away from the lifters.

Mounting it via a 45* street elbow can help in making it less sensitive. But it will also make it less sensitive to real knock.

I agree. I would suggest replacing the cam a d lifters to a hydraulic roller and be done with it. Rhodes lifters are usually only used with big cam profiles to get it to idle better. Turbo engines have realatively tame cam lobes.

from what i understand fromt the seller, it has a bigger cam in it and its too smoth out its idle, sooooooo, loli might try the elbow and see if it effects my performance if its the same ill just put it back in the original location, but i probably will eventually get lifters and hyd rollers but not now as the cash is low for car funding, lol
