On a side note, George Lucas is said to be considering him for a role in the upcoming Star Wars: Episode III.

He didn't make the video you seen. He made a video of himself clowning around with a broom stick, and forgot the tape in borrowed school camera. Someone found it, put in on the 'net, enhanced it with light saber effects, and the rest is history.

I just downloaded all the versions on Kazaa-Lite. Search for Star Wars Kid. Pretty funny stuff. I do feel bad for the kid though. That has to be humiliating.

I've been in a few Star Wars Fan Films over the years. Some of them haven't been that good. Almost to the quality of that poor sap. And others have been highly regarded as professional work.

If you're a fan. Enjoy it. I'm 30 and still love Star Wars.

you lead a sad sad lift, are those your stockings on the floor?

ive got about 5000 bucks retal value (yes ive added up what ive payed for every thing) in starwars figures includeing a blue snaggle tooth and about 30 brown vested lukes. some of them figures are worth 4 and 5 times the sticker price so i figure if i sell them off when the last movie comes out ill have enough to buy another gn

Amature. I've got double that, have Star Wars all over my house (posters, toys, books, calanders, etc.), plan on getting several SW tattoos, will name my first son Anakin, and have SIDIOUS on my GN's license plate. Now, that's the ultimate in coolness.

If the star wars kid was mine, I wouldn't sue the kids that handed out the video, I'd thank them. I'd encourage my son to go on Regis and the today show and the tonight show. See the world on the medias dime and ride the 15 minutes of fame.

His actions are labeling him a dork for life (seeking damages from the people that made him famous).

Unfortunately the time to sell the brown vest luke and make good money is long gone . The blue Snag will always be worth something but I dont think the POTF2 stuff will make that big of a comeback ( I am stuck with wayyyy to much of it myself ).

I kinda disagree. How old is he? Like 15? By picking up a broom stick and pretending to be Darth Maul while in front of a video camera, he was just acting his age. I'm 30 and I'd do still do that.

OK, I'm a Star Wars fan like you could not imagine, and after trying and trying I can't figure out what "POTF2 stuff" is. The only thing it could be is the "POT" could stand for Prequal/Original Trilogy. What the "F2" stands for is beyond me!

POFT2 stands for the "Powers Of The Force 2 " lineup of toys. Most being based of the book series.
