I'm currently working on a friend's built 87 Grand National. He purchased a remote mount oil filter adapter from Grand National Specialties (I can't post the link because of my post count). One of the -10AN fittings stripped the first two threads off when hooking up the extremely stiff braided hose supplied with the kit. I've called GNS and a recording tells me they're closed until 6/1, and I haven't received a response from them via email.

Is anyone running this kit? If so, do you know the size of the fitting used to hook up the hoses? I know one side is -10AN, but I am unsure if the other side is 3/8" or 1/2" NPT, or -6 or -8 AN. Any help you could give me is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If ya can't get a hold of Scott send me a pic I probably have one I can send ya.

Got a feeling he might be mixing up Scot's company GNS Performance with GN Specialties the ebay "king". Far as I know Scot doesn't sell anything like that.

Yeah GN Specialties is the company that produced the kit. They haven't responded to my emails. Let me take a picture this afternoon and I'll post it up.
