Remote passenger side mirror - black

Looking for a passenger side remote mirror with cable control going to the dash. Mine is acting up so looking for a replacement that is in perfect working condition. Thanks.

Mine four cables on r/s mirror had slacked some.Removed cable back to door-made a loose knot in cable-reinstalled with door panel off fine tuned knot.Fixed mine make sure knot is out of the way of door glass.
