Removing engine wiring harness

You're going to have to remove the passenger fender and inner fender to access the opening through which the harness goes in to the computer.
 
It's pretty strightforward, the big problem is getting it in/out of the firewall. My front clip was off when I installed mine, so it was easy, but you might get by with just the inner fenderwell removed. The passenger kick panel has to come out and the carpet must be pulled back. I didn't have a new grommet so i used a little rtv sealant around the joint. Keep track of the screws and such.
 
As mentioned, the firewall plug that the harness goes through is behind the passenger inner fender. I didn't remove the inner fender, I just loosened it and reached behind it.
The pictures below are the bracket that holds the plug going through the wall and the plug itself.
