Im taking out an old SMC kit, early version I believe, and will look to upgrade this summer, but for now I want to take it out. The controller looks to have a gray wire thru the firewall to the pump and a black & red wire and a clear tube going under the dash. What will I have to look forward to under the dash to disconnect these? Thanks for any info.

Remove the control box which will probably have 4 or 5 phillips head screws holding the wires that are in that grey wire, the clear tube running from the control box will "T" with more than likely your boost line to your boost gauge. Once that is disconnected, move under the hood, that part should be easy to remove. Enjoy the replacement!
