Everything is disconnected and unbolted(downpipe, up pipe, throttle body, vacum lines, oil feed line). The only thing that is still connected is the oil return line because I can't get to it yet. My problem is the compressor housing is stuck to the intake. There is a little play in it when I try to raise it but it won't come out. Is there some bolt that I missed that I need to loosen or something else I might have missed?

Did you remove the three 13mm Mounting bolts?

One is at the tip of the compressor housing in the back, and the other two are on the exhaust side near the intake.

After everything is loose the turbo should be ready to come off...Take a pry bar and lay it on the intake manifold, and then slowly pop the turbo off the O-ring seal. As for the return line....no need to worry about unbolting that...it will just slide out of the intake manifold grommit.
