Removing turbo shield?

I went to remove my turbo shield in order to refinish it and could not get the bolts to budge for the life of me. Are there any technics for getting these bolts loose?

Try some WD-40, then some heat.
If that doesn't work......next use a BFH.

Works everytime for me!

Try an extention on your wrench or ratchet. Impact wrench helps a lot, so would a torch if you have one.

Thanks... I ended up getting it loose after soaking the bolts with Liquid Wrench for a few days.
