I have a ATR 2.5" stainless dual exhaust and i'm thinking about replacing the mufflers. I've had this system for about 2 yrs and am getting bored with the sound. I'd like it to be a little louder but don't want to spend the money on their dual 3" system. Can't find a buyer for my curretn setup anyways. My question is do Borla XR-1 or Dynomax Race magnums come in sizes where i could just swap mufflers without any other mods?

DynoMax will fit and sound great i have the 3in in and out on my car and love it. i dont know about the Xr1s but i would think they would have a size.

which dynomax's? the round bullet ones that are $32 each? I don't run a cat converter on the street, i don't want it to be too loud, but i want it loud.

Dynatech makes race muffs that would fit. Anyone use these on GN's?

i have 3in race magnums, i they have the offset ( i have a TH 2.75in exhaust) so what ever offset you have with the hooker set up i would order.

they came with my entire exhaust.

Well i just ordered a pair of the Dynomax magnum race bullet muffs. That outta liven up the exhaust note a bit. :D

I replaced my ATR muffs with Edelbrock Performer stainless steel muffs. They were an exact fit, about the same sound. $70 each... good deal.
