Im doing the same thing but can't decide what way to go i was thinking of just ordering the kirban lines that are stainless steel replacment lines and be done with it.

Do some searching on this board. I asked about this a while ago and someone gave me a link which I lost due to a crashed computer but they had SS lines pre-bent lines for around $100 or so...

what did you end up doing at the bottom as for the rubber hose. I'm going to my local place and see if i can get some made its just to many bends so who know if they will do it.

I actually found some perfect rust free lines in a j/y in SoCal so I used those instead of new. They were perfect and cheap too.
