Are all the gaskets for the timing cover in the 86/87 the same as our 84 hot air?

yes , difference is the oil pan gasket
they usually include a section of gasket to redo just the front of the oil pan gasket for mechanics trying to cut corners and cost but do yourself a favor an drop out the pan and clean it and the oil pickup screen and replace the pan gasket

Ya I'm doing the rear main seal and putting in a TA v1522b billet steel timing gear set with single style silent chain and tensioner
Thanks :)

I'm gonna put a new cam button on. Does Napa sell them or should I buy the replacement off gbodyparts?

I replied to your other thread....but get a roller cam button. Fullthrottle, gbodyparts, and I believe kirbans sells them....(among other vendors)
