Replacing U-joints w/non-greaseable

Found these at one vendor:

ACDELCO Part # 45U0136 with inside lock rings. It lists four (4) frt & rear with and without the following suffix:

w/305H(LG4)

What does it mean?
Did you use these parts?
Or should I just order Denny's Spicer parts?
