Resurrected after being Neglected

So I finally got my GN on the road after purchasing it in March of this year. I knew it needed some work, but I didn't originally think it needed as much as I put into it. Cosmetically, the body is straight, paint is decent, & it only has 40k original miles. However, I think it sat for a REALLY long time & whoever had it before me worked on motor but was very sloppy in doing so. Prior, I never worked on GN's before, but I pride myself in doing work myself & researching. And that's exactly what I did. Along with some help from a buddy of mine & Nick of Arizona GN & many people in this TB group, it's been a great & rewarding experience.

I purchased the car in the Midwest. I went to go visit my sister and look at a different GN. However, I ended up passing on that one cuz I wasn't comfortable with the price per its condition. So I will admit I was a lil' bummed out. So I got an itch just to search locally and seen the one I have now. I went to look at it. The body is straight, paint is good and it has low miles. So that was a plus for me. However, I don't think the seller was too honest with me, but too late to 2nd guess now. There did come a point I was thinking of getting rid of it just do to the amount of unexpected work I was facing, but I stuck with it. Im glad I did. I have learned a lot and have a great deal of satisfaction knowing I was able to get this car healthy and back on the road.

YESSIR! Appreciate this group very much!

I have spent countless hours helping Buick buds get their cars running again. All in the name of getting another Buick on the road.

Well done sounds like a labour of love!
Your almost better off this way you know the car inside and out
