retune a chip for a 95 monte carlo z34

my son has a 95 z34 he wants a performace chip, any one know some one that retunes those.

i'm sure someone does, but tell him to first spend the money to replace the timing belt if it's got anywhere near 100,000 miles on it and you don't know if it's been done yet.
