I put these on my TB yesterday but Im concerned I went a little over board with the Glue/RTV could this cause me issues? It says light thin coat but I got a lot of spots maybe to thick? Was really hard to get a thin coat of the stuff evenly on the metal gaskets
Just looking for thoughts When I torqued them I didnt get any coming out the sides that I can see and only a small amount at the top on each end over the intake location that I cleaned off.

Odds are you're fine. If any jizzed into the insides, I'm sure it's already headed out the exit pipe.

Might take out the 02 sensor though. I'm pretty sure construction silicone isn't sensor safe.

I would heat cycle and re torque the heads a few times.

Planned on doing this as it says the so in the directions
I dont have it running yet Time is always limited so little bit each week as time allows. Was just worried about to much and screwing things up badly

Had old gas in it and it didnt like the stabal crap that and 30PSI lol

Bah... no problem...
Excess will go either to the cyl, water jacket or out.

Change coolant after few heat cycles

Stabil ... great way to hose up injectors ... next time try SEAFOAM .. it's much better overall
Just found out about this stuff from a buddy over the winter I now have it in everything awesome stuff :)
