Has or does anyone no if the engine hold down works to keep the engine from twisting cause I do no the strap can break alt. bracket or more

It works AWESOME. Buy it! The best $100 bucks you will spend. HR Parts motor mounts should be next.

I went with both. The HR mounts raised my engine but my downpipe still tapped the frame when under full throttle. The RJC brace fixed that part.

with the hr mounts all the stress is on the block surrounding the mount stressing it. With the brace and mounts the stress is placed elsewhere.

I knew there was another reason. See what I get for posting at 6:30 in the morning!!! The brace acts as a mid-plate...basically.
