RJC Power Plate and emissions testing

Anyone running the stock plenum plate during emissions testing? If so, did you even bother with drilling the EGR hole in the plate?

Better yet...if the plate is left unmolested running E85, will it Farr better during the testing? Or will the NOX be off?

I have been through smog a few times with the plate. I have a hole drilled for the EGR and NOx has never been an issue. Not sure on the E85 though.
