RJC racing website down?

I've been trying to look at the products on rjcracing.com for the past two days. The only page I can get to work is the home page. If I try to select any area on their website I get an error message that says,
"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /var/www/vhosts/rjcracing.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/functions.php on line 198"
Anyone else having problems? I've tried3 different computers.
