Just drained the radiator and went with distilled water and one 8oz bottle of RMI-25. Wow it dropped the temp by atleast 10 degrees, Before with the antifreeze when i ran it hard or in traffic the temps were in the 190's +. Now after driving the car around the most i seen after running it hard was 178 to 182. What a difference. I was thinking i was going to have to get a new radiator because of the front mount but now i think i will stay with what i have. Problem is they are going to stop making this stuff. I plan on getting more. Just thought you all should try some if you get a chance.;)

Excellent stuff for sure. I somehow lost by 32 oz bottle over the years, so I bought 4 small bottles from Mark.

I've been running it since 04. I just tore the motor down a few months ago and all the water jackets in the block and heads were perfect. No scaling in the radiator of any kind.

It does make your overflow tank and hose a rusty color, but I can get past that.

hello people; Onefast, you say they are going to stop making RMI? Do you have any mor info? And why not antifreeze with that stuff?
thanks

I run a 195* stat in mine and my engine loves it;)I always run RMI-25 in mine great stuff .

I got a 24 case about 5 years ago. It gelled up a bit on the top 1" so I had to strain the bottles as I use them but my original rad with a 160 stat stays at 160 maybe 175 with AC & heavy traffic. Even after a 1/4 mile pass I see 180.
I might add a 180 stat with a steam hole this year to bring the temps up a bit.

I heard they're not going to stop making it. The company is being bought out, and it will still be available..
