Whats up family. Im in the process of doing my rear disc conversion. So i just got longer wheel studs put on my axles but now the new rotors wont slide over the new studs. Apparently the new studs are bigger than the originals. Im finding a hard time finding a machine shop around here that will do it. My question is, is enlarging the holes on the rotors something i can do and if so what kinda drill bit would do the job correctly?

did you try sliding the rotor on the other set of holes which have a larger hole smaller bolt pattern

a drill can be used to open the holes but you should not have to unless that rotor was for use on older 7/16 lug axles (pre 80s), the 12mm and 1/2 studs just drill out with a 1/2 inch drill but let the bit do the work and it will be centered
