Hey there, ok so this is a fresh rebuild been driving it for 2 days now and have 55 miles on. Engine. The car Will not idle smooth sometimes stalls.. and taking off from dead stop or after a deceleration and getting back on the accelerator it 7 times out of 10 will stumble/miss. And then clear out. I have reds chip in the car i have read on here before. Guys having issues with his chips sometimes...not sure if thats the issue or something further ...and as far as getting you guys my scan master readings i am new to this so im not sure what readings would be helpfull and at what point to read them that would be the most helpfull....thankyou in advance for the help

what is you iac steps at idle, closed loop
ok so the iac goes anywhere between 62 and 75 and the idle rpm is surging between 1100 and 700 but so i am clear the rpm and iac numbers no not correlate with each other so i can be at 62 iac and have the idle surge up to 1000 and back to 700 and sound like its choking up and almost stall
 
if you cant adjust it try to remove it and clean it, if that dont work you will need to replace it. Also clean the port inside the housing.

shit!! not that new parts cant be bad out of the box but this is a new rebuild and the iac is brand new and the throttle body has been completely rebuilt theres only 55 miles on the engine everything is new or has been rebuilt
 
Ok so i had to tend to some repairs around the house..finally done with that and back to the buick...ok removed idle air valve verified it was clean and did not appear to be sticking...i recieved my turbo tweak chip today and installed that to find i am in the same boat i was in before..heres what i have now..i start the car (from cold or hot does not matter) and it starts right up high idle like 1200 or 1300 rpm. Then it comes down to 800ish. And hangs there...my bl is 140 and then it starts to load up and stumble like its about to die low rpms llike400 500. And eventually dies..starts rigt back up and does same thing over. Sometimes it will stay idling but it becomes super rich...burn your eyes rich...fuel pressure line off. Tried it at all ranges between 45 down to 38 psi. It makes very little if any difference ..i am at the end of my rope with this damn thing..any suggestions at all would be appreciated ..thankyou Mike
 
i am starting to question the MAF..it is a stock sensor only a few years old.. i am wondering if i should replace it...any suggestions on a replacement? should i stay with the stock style if so what brand and where should i buy from?
