Round thing making Noise

All,
New to the forum and a new owner, ( 4 days as of today)

Car checked out, everything good and as soon as I get it home this won’t shut off, had to pull a battery cable. I haven’t had any luck in finding out what it is, hoping someone here can tell me. I’m not even sure I’m in the right topic area.

hvac blower motor but replacing it wont help ,
if it was a standard c60 air condition i'd say replace the blower relay but looks like you have c68 digital climate control and no replaceable relay.
c68 uses a fan controll module thats inside the ac box to the right of the motor in pic
fixing that is a bit more involved , caspers electronics sells a replacement ($$$$) but its possible problem is in the dashboard control unit
you can unplug the motor at the violet wire in the circle but the module could still draw on the battery
