RPM's dropping WAY to much on shift...

Went to the track yesterday and got some really startling data on DS. Launch the car and the 1-2 shift comes at 5000, drops to 3800 then the 2-3 shift comes at 4300, drops to 2800. WTF????

Car has 3200 9x11 converter. Any Ideas?

iS THE CONVERTER LOCKED UP?

Doesn't matter. ran it twice with the converter manually locked and then without (chip doesn't lock at WOT) Same thing.
