Rubber adapter coupling

Does anyone know where or who I can buy this 3" rubber coupling from ? It has a slight offset in degrees not 90

Looks like a shortened 45 degree ...

A section cut out of a Home Depot rubber wye might work since it looks to be on the low pressure side.

If you want to spend a couple more clams this one should do it.....
