running problem, please help

OK, ive been having this problem since the car came out after winter, car gets going i can chirp tires from 1-2 then the car justs cuts out and bogs, and now after pulling it in the garage light, ive got a check engine light. egr test-ok same with maf, new fuel pump last fall, same with coil pack, plugs wires, injectors, wastegate,... new ta 49 over winter same with 3 in. crossover, and thdp..... more about the problem car seems weak now then what it was before, i can't even get the tires to spin while brake torgueing... the only thing i can think of but i don't think it would do all this would be my chip. its a hypertech chip for a stick set up, would that chip cause all this????
any ideas is helpful.

3" CROSSOVER????? That would KILL low end! You want a pipe as big as the downpipe for just 3 cyl???? NO WAY, 2 1/4 is the biggest pipe you would put for the crossover pipe. Where did you get a 3" crossover pipe???

would that crossover cuase my problem......??
but i just go t news that im getting a motor off a friend of mine who was trying to clone a TR, i was gonna use the new stuff off his with my block(since his wasn't a lc2 block) but he had a GN internal rebiuld kit when he rebiult it.
