I have received the new chip and installed it. I have watched your video on installing the chip. Tomorrow I will hook up battery and drive car as instructed. And set fuel pressure as instructed in instructions. Any other advice. And also I lowered fuel pressure to 35psi and smoking has stoped.
Let the engine come up to temperature and post the Scanmaster numbers here. Install a new set of stock spark plugs from the dealer in it gapped at .030.
 
I have 1987 Buick regal turbo.
motor has been rebuilt stock. Currently has 80 miles On rebuilt motor.
new fuel pump
new fuel pressure regulator
replaced all vacuum lines
replaced most sensors
new tps
new computer
new coil and ecm.
scan master says my tps is off. But no mail codes.
fuel pressure is at 42lb with vacc line off.

but when car starts it smokes and smells like lots of gas.
I have new turbotweek chip on the way but I can figure this out.
Any help is greatly appreciated..
Do you still use the original MAF sensor?
 
Is there any thing beside the alternator that will cause volts to be low? My volts are at 10.2 and car started idle really bad and cutting off. Also I have gotten 3 brand new tt chips and car wont start with any of them. But starts with stock chip. Tried all 3 chips in 2 different Stock computers.. and got same results. No start. But starts with stock chip in both computers.
 
did you pull the injectors and install the new set?
They haven’t arrived yet. I got the chip from tt. Car wont start with it. I talked to Eric from tt he sent 2 replacements and none will allow the car to start. I have tried all 3 chips in 2 different computers and same results no start. But will start with stock chip .

Battery disconnected from car should read 12.5+ First check. 10 . 2 sounds like it has a dead cell.
If it shows 12 disconnect and 10 connected .Im checking the ground to the head under turbo. Running should be 14.6 in a perfect world.
Battery should show 12V start the car if it remains 12 its alternator if it goes below 12 to 10 there is big Courant draw along wit a bad alternator.

I can't believe Eric has made three bad chips I don't think he could make 1 bad one.

Lets put the ECU and chips aside for now

Lets charge the battery for 4 to 6 hr. and have it load tested. When we have a good battery let's find where the big voltage drop is coming from.
we have to have a good strong 12 v or nothing will function correctly.
