Rust

Im not sure if I have a rust problem, but I'd like to prevent the problem if I can. Does anyone know where and how much it would cost to have the frame on my 87 GN protected from rust??

POR15 or magnet paints will work just follow the prep and cut it to the right ratio and spray away
