RWD Trans Options?

Was thinking of cooking up a little side project with my 83 camaro... Would a 200R4 be able to bolt up to a series 2/3 s/ced motor? If not, are they close enough for an adaptor plate to be made? Just tryin to see how much of my spare parts laying around I could potentially use...thanks guys! -Ben
