Hi All,

I have a a general question about S.F.I. the crank signal and cam referance signal is there a degree angle that seperates the crank trigger signal (three per rev) and the cam sensor signal(1 per rev ?)

Does the one cam sensor signal fire at the same time as one of the three crank signal or are the seperated by a ceratian amont of degrees between them?

Thank you & God Speed , Fred

The cam sensor spins at 1/2 crank speed so it only synchs with one cylinder. At the GNTtype site there is a detailed paper about how it all works by Tom Chu.
