S2K - Made a complete fool of myself

I was playing with an S2000 with the plate "MY S2K" yesterday. I caught up to him and he zoomed off so I kept up. Up ahead is a 90 degree turn (yes, 90, no stop sign) that I have taken at speeds of up to 50mph in. The S2K was coming at it at around 35 so I thought no problem. I got cocky and shifted into first, gave it gas too early...and spun out.



S2K sped off, laughing probably.

Maybe he thought I was driving a Camaro.

Shifted into first? Thats unheard of into a turn, wow. At least you know you made a mistake and can except it. My brother has a 1989 BMW M3 with a full race suspension, which I have the pleasure of driving often, so I know how fun it can be driving fast into turns. Just know the car and its limits before doing things like that.


Not to say I havnt gotten too excited a couple of times and made myself look like an idiot.

Mr T. that is my problem. I have a full race suspension setup. Need better tires though, and I might get rid of my tail happy rear sway bar.

Hey me and a bounch of f-bodys meet at the Trader Joes on speed way every fri and sat night at around 10:30. Feel free to show up some time. I was worried some punk was rerving on me and trying to race me on speedway. I told him to pull off and I would run him on a side road but he bitched out. I thought it was you untill the kid started acting like an ass. Good to know it wasn't you.

Nope, never backed out on a race I'll try to make it, if my parents will let me. And I rarely act like an ass. lol

I'd love to see some f bodies, is there a silver ls1 SS with a v-9 vortech that shows up? If not, I'll try to get him to come.

By the way if you have some time tonight around 5:30-7pm, there is a mcdonalds on speedway near campbell. I'll have the GN there and there should be a silver C5 and a black '98 cobra vert, along with possibly a riced out red '99 GT and a yellow '01 GT, don't know about the C5 but the others are into street racing. I have a class in the dorm next to the mcdonalds from 6-7, so if you come by, rev and I'll come out.
