I am really sorry to hear about him. He was a real nice person.
My wife and I enjoyed enjoyed being around him, and sharing some time, stories and food. I can remember some great talks at the old Travel Lodge parking lot.

Pretty glad I got the chance to meet him. He was a tough old dude comin down there feelin like he did. Sorry to hear that........

Thank you for the condolences everyone, it is appreciated. He was a tough guy and fought for a long time. This is a pretty tough moment right now so I don't exactly know what to say besides I am gonna miss my father for the rest of my life. He was always there to guide me through life and now he isn't. Just doesn't seem right.
Thanks again, -Mat- :(

Damn... I met him at the Nats, we spent about an hour talking up in the tower. And although I never met him before I could tell right away that he was a true car lover and a real cool guy! Mat, I feel your pain, I just recently lost my grandmother. All I could say is you are sooo lucky to have had such a great person in your life, and there is no doubt he will be missed. My prayers go out to you and your family.
