post ur mods for the vehicle such as chip, injectors, etc. to help out. what are your IAC counts, dont see them?
as far as the #'s go, BLM is high indicating the computer is adding fuel for some reason, vac. leak maybe. rpm's seem high as well for idle, should be 900 or below i believe. Tps reading is too high for idle, need to get that to .38 to .42 volts. u said water temp was 180 and coolant according to scanmaster said 159? not sure about that.
first check ur IAC counts warmed up and in park. a good number is generally 20-30 counts. if u need to adjust use screw on the throttle body, 1/4 turn and let it settle each time u adjust.
next i would adjust tps idle and WOT voltages. loosen two screws on the tps sensor on throttle body. if first time this could be alittle annoying, hard to get in right spot for both values. once screws are loose just move the sensor by tapping back and forth lightly. periodically check tps volts on scanmaster. what u want is at idle around .38 - .42volts no higher, and then WOT any where above 4.4 volts should do.
check for vac leaks aswell. it looks like u may have one. high BLM, rpms are an indication of this sometimes.
after u have done this report ur readings again and see if it helped anything.
