Scan master recall button

When I hit the recall button it just shows a blank screen. It has always worked up until this year. Any ideas why?

I think you have to be over a certain TPS voltage for it to record. Are you sure you were far enough into the throttle.

Yes. I've been using it for years. It will not recall any numbers now.

Yes. Tps seems to be working fine.

How have you verified this?? Easiest way is key on engine off, cycle through SM modes to find tps and then press accelerator to floor to read voltage of tps. What reading do you get.

Yes. Tps is working fine.

All of a sudden the recall button has started working now. I didn't change anything. Hmmmm
