Scan tool for an 85

Where can I get a scan tool for an 85? Just had to rebuild my engine because it was running WAY to lean and i would love to prevent that problem (amongst others) from happening again.

I would give up on the search on the scan tool and just take your hood off so you could watch the fireworks this time
