Have mine mounted on the dash where you can actually see it when hammering on the car. Didn't like the way the LED would reflect in the windshield at night though and how it got washed out from the sun so came up with our Scanmaster Shade hood. Yup, this is Kirby and she's 3 yrs old. Not as big as yours but they're cool little creatures. They sure like to sh!t a lot though.

They sure do but at least they are small like cocoa Krispies. Dust busters work good for cleaning up after them when you let them loose. They aren't messy like rabbit crap.

Knock on wood, ours has never been to a vet or sick a day in his life. He is blind in one eye though. Still has as much energy as the day we brought him home.

Here's mine..

I wanted some flexability, so I mounted (velcro) it to a generic radar detector mount, then wired a plug on the end. It plugs in between the gauges and the whole thing is removable...Sorry for the crappy pics!

Wow, scary to think of all these GN owners driving around staring down at their SMs. Mine is up on top of the dash on the left side, ran the wire between the side of the dash pad and the pillar, looks decent. Easy to see at least.

I had always hoped someone would make one similar to the twin gauge holder that goes under the stereo, but design it to hold a scanmaster instead.

I'm pretty sure someone on the board did that, I remember seeing pics he posted of it.
