The issue I'm having is that the car won't idle unless I unplug the tps it stays at about 2000rmp

IAC is too high.

Reset it. Do a search here on how to adjust the IAC.

I see that his display is obviously key on engine OFF!!! IAC is supposed to be 150, with key on engine OFF!!!!

well i had a issue with the car not idling i changed a bunch of parts it ended up being the fuel pump car started up stayed idling only if i unplug the tps i got 2 codes which was 22 and 24 im going to check the timing to make sure everything is ok but does anyone have any idea
