Scanmaster readings...

I pulled the car out of storage, drove it a couple of days...I have these reading from the Scanmaster 2.1, These where at idle, engine warmed up..I think the fuel is off and needs to be checked. The fuel was set for 43psi/ but the nut on the regulator I noticed came loose before storage last fall, It might have moved out or touched off adjustment. I have a code 45, fuel pressure would be my first guess. Also the IAC is always at 0 unless your driving then the # climbs up. I would appreicate any feedback. O2's-750-820's bounces below 700's and then back up.
