Agree with Brad.
Also, make sure your TV cable is no limiting the throttle.

So I took the TV cable off the linkage...It IS limiting the throttle movement BOTH ways. With the TV cable disconnected I now have the TPS set at .42 at idle and 4.67 at WOT. What do I do about the TV cable???

You could try and re-adjust it and see if you can keep tps within specs, and the shifts points in the proper range before replacing the tv cable.

OK. Taken care of the TV cable. Had to take the TB off as the butterfly valve was not centered. Thus it was hanging up at the top and leaving a gap at the bottom...and that is what was making the idle raise and hold at 1100 rpm after I would rev it up. So I have set the TPS to .42 at idle, and 4.54 at WOT. Tried to dial in the IAC...had it at 27...set TPS and whaalla...it was running good and idling good. Then I shut the car down, came back to it 10 min later, started it and it wouldn't idle without me giving it some throttle at first. Then it smoothed out, but the IAC was holding at 175. What's up with that?? ARRRGH! I think I need more beer!

Also, on a side note...When I pulled the TB, on the turbo side of the butterfly valve there was some oil. Could this be from the PCV valve?? (which is new) What else would cause this. There was enough to coat the inside of the TB.
