Scanmaster tuning mode trigger

Does anyone know what the scanmaster reads to trigger the tuning mode in LV8? Specifically, when you're dropping the gas pedal down 3 times is it looking for a certain TPS voltage to trigger it?

Is Bob Bailey the scanmaster guy in case I need to reach out to the scource?

Bob is the guy and I think it looks for TPS past 75%.
