Any old Disney movie, the music creeps the hell out of me.

Evil Dead is great, the first time I saw it I though it was a little scary. Then I was like WTF this movie is hilarious. I like when he puts down the shotgun THEN goes outside:rolleyes:

Another kick ass horror movie... With a bad ass car...

paranormal activity

i am telling you it is by far the scariest i am 6'5 and 280lbs i was scared. but i do like that kinda thing if you are not into like ghost hunters and all you may not like it that much. it was so scary i dont know if i could see it again it was insain. from what i have read the guy who filmed the movie had $15,000 and wanted to make the movie so lil effects its no action movie. it take about 15 minutes into the movies till it gets good.

funy thing is my brother watched it and that night he slept with a bat LOL!!!

Me2... That movie is FN SCARY...:eek: This girl I went with tied her sweatshirt like Kenny in South Park... and people were screaming and some just started to cry... I am 6'5 and closer to 300lbs and that movie turned me into a certfied Bi**h. I we were shaking on the way home, and slept with the lights on:eek:

I Spit on Your Grave...had to turn it off when I got sick the moment this chick cut a guys di** off while seducing him in a bathtub.

I love, love, love scary movies, although they don't really scare me much at all. Some of the more recent ones are so incredibly lame.

The Saw series is pretty decent, mainly because there is an actual plot to follow. The Hills Have Eyes was kind of disturbing, only because I'm a girl (and a mom), so the whole piece with the baby kinda sucked.

Texas Chainsaw is another good one, but the "based on a true story" is crap...the movie is based off two serial killers (I took a bunch of crime classes in college)

My 5 year old this year wanted to watch a scary movie so Kyle rented some 1980's movie called Killer Klowns for him. It is by far, the DUMBEST movie I've seen. They shoot guns, but bullets don't come out...it's popcorn...and they wrap people in cotton candy...that's right, I said it. The Wickerman was another one that baffled me...it's on the Fear channel, but it's kind of a mix between a porno and a musical...good one to watch after a few beers...you'll piss yourself laughing so hard.

The Wickerman

My wife said the look on my face watching the end of that movie was worth a million. I just sat there in disbelief, like I had just been robbed.

HA! I love the naked, slapping, dance routine thingy she does...that was awesome...I literally spit my drink out when that started...freaking PRICELESS. I had to re-wind it so Kyle could watch it when he got home. I swore up and down next time he was feeling romantic I was going to get up and do that...ruined the next few times for us...lmao I, to this day, wonder exactly what part of that movie classifies it as a horror film.

i thought scream was pretty f'ed up... america's youth is that messed up that it could happen.

scary movie

paranormal ativity sucks rear, i watched it last night and i swear it was a waste of an hour and 40 mins of my time. maybe some of you get scared of it but heck the original friday was alot more scarier then that.

Try some of the older movies for him. Some that come to mind are Straight-Jacket, The Haunting (original version), The Spiral Staircase, The Uninvited, Something Wicked This Way Comes, Hush, Hush Sweet Charlotte, Ghost Story, The Innocents..............

Can you tell I'm an old school geezer who'd rather be "terrified" than "horrified". Guess I'll never understand why people call the blood and guts movies "scary".

What's even better is turning out the all the lights, tv off and listening to some of the stories I used to listen to on CBS Radio Mystery Theater in the mid-70's/ early-'80s with my grandson. He really loves these whether they're scary or not. Longest I've ever seen him do something and not get bored.
