Series 1 3800SC

I recently aquired a series 1 3800SC from a 94 bonneville. Was just curious what configuration works best. I have done alot of work on Carburated,TBI, and TPI 350's but do not have alot of experince with 3800 series or with boost. I will be rebuilding this motor and am curious of anything I should look out for? Good or bad signs or any ideas of what should be put back in it once I am ready for assembly. Thanks in advance for any and all information.
