Setting cam sensor

I make the car top dead center, then I rotate it, standing in front of car facing motor, to the left(as if I were loosening a bolt) 1.45 inches. I drop cam sensor in gear dot towards pass fender and wires towards driver headlight then I turn clockwise to 7 or more volts then counter clockwise till it drops then tighten. What am I doing wrong? Car acts like battery is weak to start unless I randomly play with cam sensor what am i doin wrong

You need to rotate to the right, 25 degrees AFTER TDC.
After that, follow the rest of the procedure.

Top dead center is when the line on the balancer lines up with 0 on that piece of plastic right

man its PERFECT now, the car fires up in like half a second. thanks alot
