WOW :eek: I don't know what to say.

Even so, it is strange that it is not the first bad information I have heard about them. I guess it is as has already been stated...it is up to the individual to make their own decision...who to deal with and not to deal with.

Well it is Thanksgiving eve...maybe we'll see something in a couple of days.
 
Im not trying to take sides but in the interest of full disclosure it should probably be noted that you are also user Chillen_88 who represented themseleves as someone with a "friend" who used to work for SETurbo.

It's pretty obvious you have a big axe to grind and have resorted to trying to do it under multiple personalities with multiple stories. Whether what you say is true or not, trying to do it in an underhanded way like this doesn't cast you in a very good light.
 
All one can say to that thread is.........WOW! Thinking back on this, wasn't there another thread in the last few months that was very similar to this one?
Once the mud starts slinging nothing gets accomplished. 99 should have called SE Turbo in person and tried to work it out that way. If he did not get the results he was looking for then simply cancel the payment on the card. Maybe I have been lucky but to date I have never had a problem with a Buick vendor, however I believe in good communication.
I hate to hear that we are losing vendors. Can't really afford that. Most of the prices are fairly low on performance parts compared to other cars out there. I have a friend who owns a DSM and his parts are outrageous.
Oh well, hopefully we will all find more constructive things to do this winter.

jay shipped a chip out to me and it got lost in the mail. no big deal, i called him up after like a month, i had actually forgotten about it..

let him know i never got the chip and he burned another one and tossed it in the mail

i got it a week later and promptly grenaded my trans with it

So far I have picked up a few parts from deferent vendors and no problems here.

Ship happens to every body at one time or another deal with it.

I AM NOT taking sides BUT to compare a $25 chip to $400 in goods is BS!
If you waited a month for that $400 order you wouldnt have just forgotten about it so casually! Be honest now, would you??

it took like 2 months for me to get a $600 converter from a vendor due to part shortages, big deal. i understood.
 
I understand that your patient with orders "When" you know whats happening, Just as I am!! As long as I know & trust what is happening in a deal I have lots of time & patience.
BUT!!
You made it sound like waiting on a $25 part is the same as a mix up involving $400 worth of parts & he is a baby for bringing it up. I dont agree!

He may be a baby for acting like he did, (I do agree to that) but hardly fair to say he's a baby when your only in for $25 & have been around Buicks for some time, while also knowing who you are dealing with!
He on the other hand is new to the game & is in for a $400 mixup first time up to bat! Just not the same situation IMO.
Either way he is a DIKKHEDD for talking the way he did to people & deserves to be slammed. He brought it on himself!! No mercy, but lets keep it fair!

Very well put Jay. Bringing up and speaking for a "friend " is BS to the third degree. If a person has a legitimate beef he OWES it to the board AND it's members to give a dated, detailed account of it without embellishing any facts or figures. Same for vendors.Policing ourselves as credible customer's and as credible businessmen (speaking for vendor's) isn't rocket science, with very little effort and open communication a raw deal doesn't have to end up like a snowball headed downhill. You can tell a lot by how level headed and accurately a shafting from a vendor is reported. Deliberate lying in any form or degree by a vendor or a customer and my respect for you is gone, period.
