Shifter options and shift light for the TTA ?

I'm looking for shifter options for the TTA that will work with the factory console. Something designed for use with a manual trans brake that would prevent you from accidentally pulling it into 1st gear would be nice and then gates for shifting. Post models and pic's if you have them.

Also how hard is it to install a "shift light" ?

I had my shift light(mini autometer) under the lip of the dash between the speedo and tach.
