Shocks or Struts What are the fronts???Wrong ones?

I purchased a set of 90/10 drag struts from 3.8 Turbo T/A, sure ya know him. I got these a bit back from him. He told me they would fit a buick GN. However, these 90/10 struts look like they belong to a macpherson system? I look at the front and all I see is a regular shock on the front just like the rears right behind the front wheel. Is there a strut somewhere or do I have the wrong one? I think they came off his 89 TT/A. Anyone?

TTA's use struts, TR's use shocks. They won't work.

Scott, I've got a set(4) of three way adjustable drag shocks I'll sell you if you want them. I upgraded to QA1's so I have no need for them anymore. They only have about 2k miles on them. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks!

90/10 front shocks

I use them on my car. They work great on launch, but let me tell you they are bouncy on stop and go. I was thinking going to a 70/30 front setup. Don't get me wrong the car does transfer weight to the rear pretty good with the 90/10, but I also use the 50/50 rear shocks. If you drive your car often I say you will probably be happier with 70/30 front and if your are a hardcore racer then go 90/10.
