i kinda like the snap-on mt2500 myself.... for shop use. the troubleshooting part does come in handy sometimes.....lol, the otc did not impress me.....my two cents

Get the snap on its easy to use and you can get them cheap on ebay. they have good troubleshooting. make sure you get the back lit design. the first ones did not have that option. I have owned mine since 1987 and it still works great. If you do go with a snap on make sure you get an obd2 connector and keys . a lot of 95 cars have obd2 connectors:biggrin lol

Scan Tool

I have a snap-on mt2500 that I don't use.It has a bunch of cartridges and pills.Also has the OBD-2 adaptor.500.00 for everything 203-596-1564 or 203-509-2540 Thanks,AJ Might also trade for a few items

can any of the buick scan tools work on other GM's up to 1995?

I have had OTC's for a long time.

OTC 2000 works on 85-87 turbo buicks with 3 and 1 chip
OTC 4000E works on above and to 1995 cars with 93/95 Pathfinder chip
OTC 4000enhanced works an above plus up to 2002 with Duece 02 chip

I know own a OTC Genisys which works on all above plus up to 2006, no chip require for any or all tested.
