Should my o2s be high 700s regardless of fuel pressure?

My 02s are still around 840 with the fuel pressure at 40psi line off. Should i keep lowering the fuel pressure until I am around the high 700s regardless of how low the fuel pressure is as long as I see no knock???? Thanks

Watch for knock, and measure your performance as a MIN to guage what to do.
Learn what to look for on a plug.

If your going to rely on just a O2 for feedback on what you're doing get a Wide band.
Or get a EGT guage.

Or stock up on headgaskets, and various engine components.
