Yes You could rig it up.
With a timer it could be used as a post luber if it would handle hot oil? No I don't know what our oil temp get to.
Summit sell a pre & post lube system for $400+. It is a very good sytem but $$$. Purchased mine in 93.
On mine I had a 1/4"NPT bung welded on to the side of my oil pan about 1" up from the bottom toward the rear for the suction pickup point. Then I put a "T" into the oil cooler return line at the adapter for the supply to motor.
If I correctly understand what you have in mind it may be easier and more convenient to use an accumulator tank (http://www.shurflo.com/pages/RV/rv_product_sum/rv_sum_docs/water_sys_access/24oz_nylontank.html) and solenoid valve.
Finding a proper point in the oiling system to tee the tank into would require some thought. Perhaps you could use the turbo oil supply line or the oil cooler return line?
Just thinking out loud....
Tilton makes a pump that can handle hot and cold oil, trans fluid, etc. It is very similar to the shurflo pumps , but I think the internals are way different.
